Have you ever experienced an EdCamp?

I hear that EdCamp is a popular professional development in the realm of an un-conference.  That means instead of signing up for sessions and listening to speakers you spend more time connecting with other teachers and signing up for topics that get posted that day - typically on a board or online resource - and then you attend according to your interest.
